		<description>Good luck Blake!  Although not a programmer, I had a similar experience at Tech and at ATDC in 99-01.  I felt pulled to do something much different than my earlier career.  Working with a team to build something from scratch is so personally rewarding, I can no longer imagine doing anything else.  I know you will enjoy the journey.</description>
